By opening our own office, we have given life to a vision of the legal profession that transcends the merely legal, committing ourselves to being tireless defenders of equality, justice and human rights.

Alejandra Gutiérrez García
Specialist in criminal, civil, labor and banking law
Graduated in Law from the University of Oviedo, she specialized in the practice of law, standing out as part of the XIV Promotion of the School of Legal Practice of the Principality of Asturias. His training included various professional training courses and a collaboration scholarship in the bankruptcy area with CAJASTUR. After joining the Illustrious Bar Association of Oviedo in 2003, he assumed responsible roles in professional offices, including the management of the Social Security Area. In October 2023, he opened his own office, consolidating his professional freedom. Appointed Arbitrator of Union Elections in January 2023, she has demonstrated a continuous commitment to the rights of the most vulnerable people, reflected in her dedication to the Office Shift since 2003. As an activist in social movements, she has actively collaborated in the promotion of equality and non-discrimination, organizing conferences and seminars and advising various associations.
